By making a purchase from our site, you agree to the terms of service. Please be sure to read them thoroughly. We would be happy to answer any questions you have regarding our policies.

General:
* All content that you find on www.righteousduke.com is copyrighted and can not be used in any form or fashion without the written approval of Duke Krieger.
* If you are purchasing a custom template you will be given 2 revisions for free. Additional revisions are charged at a $60.00 per hour basis.
* Righteous Duke Designs does not warranty any graphic or template installation that is not performed by one of our staff. If you are concerned with compatibility and performance please contact us via email to discuss all of your concerns prior to any purchase.
* The item purchased must be used as it is sold….ex. if you purchase a website design, you can only use it for your website, not an auction template or a newsletter template or anything else. You cannot separate the graphics and use them on other projects.
* If purchasing a design that you are going to be printing postcards, business cards, or any other items to print — please proof your graphic before you have your items printed. Once your graphic is sent to print, you agree that it is error free and Righteous Duke Designs is not liable for any errors found after printing. If you find an error prior to sending them for printing, we will be happy to fix the error prior to production. The cost of designs for print includes up to 2 revisions from the original sample that is sent to you. Any extra revisions beyond 2 will be billed at a $60.00 per hour basis.
* Our business card and postcard designs are made to be uploaded to Overnight Prints or Vista Print based upon your layout choice. We do not guarantee how they will look with home printing.
* If you are purchasing Ad bundles, the cost includes 2 revisions from the original sample that is sent to you. Any extra revisions beyond 2 will be billed at a $60.00 per hour basis.
* You are purchasing a license to use the products that are sold at Righteous Duke Designs. You do not own the products that you purchase.
* Due to the unique nature of our business design products & commissioned artwork purchased can not be returned, no refunds will be issued & all sales are final.
* We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.
What you CANNOT do with your purchase:
* You cannot resell anything that you purchase from Righteous Duke Designs.
* Graphics and Designs cannot be distributed or altered in any way.
* You cannot claim images or designs from Righteous Duke Designs as your own.
* You cannot remove the Copyright info on items purchase from Righteous Duke Designs. This is found at the bottom of the template and shows credit to Righteous Duke Designs for designing the site and the graphics copyright.
* You cannot alter any of the graphics, logos, etc. on items purchased from Righteous Duke Designs without written consent from Duke Krieger.
* You cannot remove or change the background colors or images on items purchased from Righteous Duke Designs without written consent from Duke Krieger.
When you purchase a custom design or premade template from Righteous Duke Designs, you acknowledge that Righteous Duke Designs has the right to:
* Place your website on the Righteous Duke Designs Portfolio page with a short description of your site and a link to your site.
* Place your website link on Righteous Duke Designs Facebook page.
* Place your website link on forums that Righteous Duke Designs belongs to.
